Let's try something new. Instead of responding to the novel in the traditional manner (in-class discussion, a BCR, the warm-up), let's try blogging. Yesterday, you submitted a question relating to your group's assigned chapter on Huck. These questions should now be posted on our blog site. Choose one of the questions and respond to it in as much depth and detail you can muster. Try to read as many questions as possible before choosing the "threads" to which you want to reply. You will receive 4 points for the first response, and then one point for each SUBSTANTIVE response after that, up to 10 points (for now). These will be weighted as a test/project score (60%), so rack up as many points as you can. Remember, responses have to be substantive--that means thoughtful, insightful, smart. Superficial or perfunctory responses will not receive credit.
